this is a nightmare to source the original code on but i'll do my best. i specifically ported this code from frontier — both bc i just already had my frontier repo open but also they genericized the extra options tab — but ultravision & the vision accessibility option source from deltav and dogvision sources from nyanotrasen

which makes this a port of. um. new-frontiers-14/frontier-station-14#1316 which is a port of DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#889 + DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#100 + DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#677. i think.

ive put about 60 hours into frontier on a character with ultravision and i love it. im obsessed with it. i need people to stumble through life like this

this is functional, isnt throwing errors and seems to work as advertised. im approving it but someone else needs to review the code because I do not trust nyano code to be good

i think lightning is taking a crack at rolling this into the current accessibility menu. i can try to hack it together but xaml is my nemesis
