Cytoband react component

A simple cytoband javascript plotter.

To run the script clone this project and run the following commands:

npm install
npm run

The component allows to upload hg18 and h619 file with the following strcture:

chr_name start end cytoband_name gieStain

Each value must be separated by a tab caracter. You can also find hg data file in src/data.
