My pseudonym online is ieris19, it's a pleasure to have you here. I am a Software Engineering Student based in Horsens, Denmark.
On languages...
I am a dedicated language learner, and I would consider myself a polyglot. I have a passion for languages, and I am always looking to learn more, in fact, I hope to be able to speak at least 7 languages fluently by the time I'm 40.The CEFR levels are a good way to measure proficiency in a language, and using the definitions provided by Europass, I have assessed my own proficiency. This self asssesment is backed up only by a Cambridge C2 Proficiency test in Enlgish
More about me
I was born in Tenerife, the biggest of the Canary Islands belonging to Spain and situated far south, off the coast of the African continent. I spent all my childhood there. After finishing high school, I moved to Denmark in order to study Software Engineering at VIA University College. I've been passionately trying to build a career for myself in the industry since. I am very friendly and social, I'm a member of the World Scouting Movement, a global brotherhood that prides itself in honor, honesty, loyalty and austerity among other things. Through my studies, I'm becoming a Software Engineer. Along the way, I've developed an interest for volunteering in social work and open-source.
