WIP foreign (clj(s)) analyzer & emitter

Can expand, read & write most of syntax

An optional but useful addition to solve the initial problem - analyze
and rewrite an inline cc/fn or cc/letfn to pass in lexical and dynamic
bindings from electric.

Will serve as a good core for a generic clj(s) analyzer & emitter
