Thanks for the PR. I've never heard of this accelerator, could you provide some references please? Also, could you confirm that the tests are passing on this device with the proposed changes? For us, it's not possible to confirm this without access to a machine with SDAA. |

Description
This PR includes Tecorigin SDAA accelerator support.
With this PR, accelerate supports SDAA as backend for training tasks.
