Soil Organic Carbon In Mangroves of Shwe Thaung Yan Coast Dashboard

Introduction

This Soil organic carbon in mangroves of Shwe Thaung Yan Coast dashboard is to provide a quick overview of the soil organic carbon (SOC) of the mangrove forests of Shwe Thaung Yan coast in Myanmar. This study seeks to evaluate carbon stock change across six years in the mangroves of Shwe Thaung Yan coastal area, where the initial study conducted in 2015. This dashboard is built in R using Rmarkdown framework.

The input data is obtained from the field sampling and lab analysis.
