Refactor Tailwind CSS setup and dependencies.

Replaced `autoprefixer` and `tailwindcss` plugins with `@tailwindcss/postcss` for improved plugin management. Updated `style.css` to align with Tailwind CSS v4 features. Removed `.idea` and unused Tailwind configuration files for better project structure.
