Added a test case showing that when a one to one relationship is added this creates a unique key name on the column which doesn't match the name specified in an @UniqueConstraint annotation on the table.
I believe that when creating the unique key constraint for the one to one relationship we should check if one is already defined and reuse the name provided.
I'm not sure the best way to fix the issue so will need some assistance with that but have created the test case as a starting point.
