KHfunctions v1.1.0

All code previously contained in khfunctions.R is restructured into different files, sorted by functionality. All functions are documented with author, and all packages used within the project are documented.

LagKUBE() now generates a quality control (QC)-kube, used for internal quality control in KHvalitetskontroll.
LagKUBE() generates a specs-file, storing the ACCESS specs at the time of KUBE creation
