Upon review we have decided not to move forward with this framework. The critical errors that do exist will prevent the transmission and thus does not provide enough value to incorporate this feature due to the low resources available within the VTX. |

Allows us to relay issues detected within VTX to goggles for logging via the MSP protocol.
Do keep in mind I had to update the version number to 1.7 in order to prevent issues on the goggle side. Goggle only supports fault logging when version is greater than 1.6 otherwise we will report invalid faults.
