- refactor: Switch base image to Ubuntu Focal
- fix: Switch MongoDB to version 4.4
- docs: Update README and CHANGELOG
- build: Version 3.0.0
Enable installing the Oracle MySQL 8 client tools, which are not available in Debian (which the upstream Python Docker image is based on).
Make sure that we use the same version that Tutor also installs on the server.
Now that we've bumped the client tools to MySQL 8 and MongoDB 4.4, drop support for Open edX releases before Palm.
