Do we need to clarify that Harvester v1.0.3 only works with Rancher v2.10.1 or higher?

Actually, starting from harvester-ui-extension v1.0.1 can only run on Rancher 2.10.1+.

I don't think this limitation should mention in H. v1.4.1 known issue.
