Reading through the tutorial will give some examples of how to interact with Ein. The reference page contains blocks of related words that give a more complete list of Ein's capabilities.
Make sure to enable the robot while running Ein. If you don't, it will take a little longer to start Ein and the robot cannot move until it is enabled.
rosrun baxter_tools enable_robot.py -e
You can press the shoulder button to enable or disable Baxter.
