This makes us transition away from Enrollments to a
dedicated order system, which can combine multiple tickets
and shop orders in one go.

Create new models
Write migration between Enrollments and OrderTicket
Write migration between ShopOrder and OrderProduct
Update payment system
Refactor Google Wallet systems
Refactor ticket systems
Ensure it's fully covered in tests
