This is not in any way an official v2.3-pre1 Flite release !
The last officially released version was v2.2 and there is no hint on an official v2.3 release anytime soon, nor if there are any plans to come up with a new release at all. The chosen release name therefore just reflects a minimal amount of common sense in terms of semantic versioning.
This release is based on master@e0a3d25 but built for Android including binaries for the following platforms:
aarch64-linux-android
armv7a-linux-androideabi
i686-linux-android
x86_64-linux-android
