Updated several dependencies to fix security vulnerabilities:

Babel 6

The package.json file was including both babel 6 and babel 7 packages. I removed the babel 6 ones.

  • TODO: update code to work with babel 7.
  • TODO: Replace babel-preset-stage-3 by requiring the appropriate plugins for babel 7
