Description
Apply visibility conditions to forms (= hide/show some part of the helpdesk form depending on the answers).
Conditions are applied correctly to comments and questions.
Sections are not handled yet, I'll complete it in another PR as this one is getting a bit too big and there a few specific cases that I need to handle.
