Extract Composite Editor & Empty Warning Components into separate packages

Extract the 2 vanilla components into separate packages so it could be used outside of the vanilla implementation, mainly to use them in Aurelia-Slickgrid.

The new package names are

• @slickgrid-universal/composite-editor-component
• @slickgrid-universal/empty-warning-component

in addition to all the other packages, see the changelog of each package below:
