GEOS-Chem 12.0.1

This release contains fixes for minor issues that were discovered after the GEOS-Chem 12.0.0 release, namely:

(1) Updates for compiling with GNU Fortran 8
(2) Fixes for minor bugs in diagnostics
(3) Fixes for minor issues in the Hg specialty simulation
