There's a bunch of CSS logic to make menus and submenus, with lots of sane defaults that are all customizable.

Be sure to add @include "lib/navbar"; in your site.scss (or @include lib/navbar in site.sass). Look at default.scss for an example.

If you'd like to customize navbar varaibles, consult lib/navbar.sass for tons of settings you can toss into site.scss/site.sass.
