Considering the urgency of finishing a few thing I will merge the above (that seems to be working perfectly fine). But there should be test cases to test this. I will add those test cases within a few PRs at the end of this month. |

This PR adds functionality to linearise and regularise thermodynamic tables. It includes:
• Functions to compute and apply gradients for P-wave speed, S-wave speed, and density. (We do not linearise shear and bulk modulus for now)
• Regularisation of properties using anchor points and custom temperature profiles.
• Example script to demonstrate seismic field interpolation and visualisation.
