Added extended mouse atlas dataset + quality of life changes for various plots Note: Time-series tab currently non-functional as did not have access to binarized AUC matrix for extended dataset Note: dendrogram tab still under construction

- Cell proportions plot is not too helpful with the extended dataset - still some code documentation needs to be done
Added better comments explaining code + bug fixes
used broader cluster labels in time course and heatmap labelling
Add extended timepoints to GRN app + additional functionality
