FIXES

  • Move suite key to custom key in manifest. This fixes an issue that was preventing the Gear from being rendered within the suite when viewed in the UI.
  • Subject ID bug. Fixes an issue where the FIXClassifier value was being used as the Subject ID in the run script, which was preventing the algorithm from finding the input fMRI runs.
  • fsl-core install command in Dockerfile. Fixes an issue where the pinned version was pointing to a version that could not be installed.
