Variable '$' must be of type 'cssSelectorHelper', but here has type 'JQueryStatic'.
解决方法： 找到@type/protractor下的index.d.ts,将declare var $: cssSelectorHelper注释掉， 这是jquery的类型跟ng2的类型冲突导致
