fix: #2982 fix error fetching geojson data

Changes:

Updated how we are accessing the geo-data from the json response

Tests:
Run make webpack to compile the javascript code for the fix to take effect

• Navigate to the assign consultation workflow and add two or more related heritage assets with geo data
• Skip to the map and enure that all the heritage assets appear on the map
