This PR updates all rmds and links the appropriate ones to the main BioDIGS book for easier maintenance. The "appropriate" ones include the background information about the project, research team, data, and using AnVIL (which is information all the individual books will have). I have also copied over the actual soil exploration activity and created an appropriate index rmd.
