This PR pulls out the information on how students can use RStudio on AnVIL from the data exploration activity and instead creates a new section called "Student Guide to Using AnVIL". As there will be multiple activities in this bookdown, it makes more sense to create one section on how students can use AnVIL and have each activity link back to it, instead of repeating the information.
