Adds a script used to update the copyright notices

Problem:
There was no script to automate the process of updating copyright notices.

Solution:
Wrote a script named update-copyright.sh that identifies, formats, and adds
the desired year to all F5 Networks, Inc. copyright notices. This script has
been placed in the build-tools folder.
