Works well but "Cast active port" is not updated immediately when I change the "Cast requested port" even if I disable/enable the plugin.
Though the kodi log I added show the port was changed and applied to the setting.
So works but shows a confusing active port value to the user at times.
Likely fixes bug #70 and fixes bug #39.
