Feature/mutation observer (#4)

* Replace "mounted" logic from stower with mutation observer

Child listeners will fail.
It's probably much slower.
But - it's now possible to create detached
elements with working Hodor!

* Mutation Observer engage!

Have never been more unsure about anything.
This must be so slow.
