Also added the flashlight to bad guy mp5 since the DOA farmers use it (DOA is the darkest swat 4 map lighting-wise)
Used for the benefit of DOA farmers since suspects will use flashlights (Department of Agriculture is the darkest S4 map in terms of lighting)
