I have inserted the button "RATING". SWAT4 and SEF has always had problems with custom maps that cause crashes or have serious bugs. To have a more enjoyable multiplayer experience in the future a hoster can check the custom maps and if he really wants to add them all.
The position of the button only makes sense if #545 is assumed.
