Redesign of undiscoverable BPs page

What does this PR do?

  • Resolve Modify Undiscoverable Page to be a table view #1349
  • Show the link to the undiscoverable page on the BP profile when it can claim rewards
  • Update the sitemaps
  • Resize rank and BPs logos
  • Remove the transparency of the tooltips
  • Remove unneeded styles and texts

Steps to test

  1. Run the project locally
  2. Go to undiscoverable BPs page
