[ECO-2709] Add aggregate market state script

Description

• Add a script to be called in package.json so that the indexer processor data can be checked against on-chain data easily.
• Add the new RPC function call types to the SDK types
• Add marketView and registryView to the EmojicoinClient helper class

Can be run with pnpm run verify-processor-data anywhere in the repo

Testing

pnpm run verify-processor-data with a proper .env file
