Add gadget shops to various vaults

Added gadget shops in a few places where specific "good" shops were already being placed (mainly Orc and Vaults endings and Bazaars), and since Nicolae's solitary "Gadget Gallery" was now a little overshadowed I gave it a good chance of additional evocable +Inv and +Blink items you won't find in a regularly generated gadget shop.
