This creates a fresh branch for starting a new DjangoCon year.

Removes year-specific data
Updates documentation for starting a new year
Updates some scripts to work with missing data (sessions.js)
Removes some 2024-specific customization that has been missed in previous years
Updates some HTML references to classes that will no longer be used
Updates some configuration with 2025 since that's when this is being created
Sets default phase to landing
