Enviroment variables

MINIMUM_SECONDS_RECHECK_TIME (integer) defines the absolute minimum seconds for recheck, kind of like a flood-protection, set to 0 to disable, overrides any watch/global settings (so by default this is 3, if you set your watch to 1 it will still be 3)
