Updates:
- CPU only mode now possible without openCL
Thanks @harry1453 who basicly included https://github.com/burst-apps-team/libShabal - some code cleanup and update to latest libs
Notice:
CPU only mode can be activated by setting 'useOpenCl=false' in jminer.properties.
The value of 'chunkPartNonces' will be auto divided by 10 in this case, and can be further
adjusted to optimize performance and memory usage.
