add dbt build adn dbt docs generate to view all metadata

this pr incorporates @rpourzand 's feedback to make it extra clear that dbt build + dbt docs generate will generate all metadata. added a bullet and extra row to the table

@mirnawong1 I actually had it wrong. You need dbt source freshness too for freshness data, so dbt run, dbt source freshness, and dbt docs generate.

I really want to make this simpler but for now this is what it is :)

hey @rpourzand , oh yea i forgot about source freshness! i think you mean dbt build and not dbt run here? i tested it myself in my account and can confirm it's dbt build + dbt docs generate + dbt source freshness for all the metadata. dbt run doesn't bring in tests.
