Buckets

Defining buckets in the project

Required user role: ADMIN

Bucket is the primary item in Databucket. It is used to store data and history of changes.

Bucket fields:

• Icon - representative icon
• Name - [unique] bucket name (*)
• Description - explanatory description (*)
• Class support - class name (links columns or filters dedicated for this class)
• Show in groups - number of groups the bucket is shows in
• Protect orphaned data - MEMEBER can see only data reserved by him, ADMIN see all data
• Collect data history - enable/disable collecting data history
• Access for user - number of users assigned to the bucket directly
• Access via role - rule name witch access to the bucket (ADMIN or MEMBER)
• Access via team - number of teams with access to the bucket
• Created by - creator name
• Created at - creation date and time
• Modified by - last modifier (*)
• Modified at - last modification date and time (*)

(*) Displayed in the bucket selection window.
