From reading these docs, I presume the reason for this change is to include a name in the title of PRs/branches for these changes? (If so, I'm curious why "github-actions" and not "dependabot", although based on this PR name I don't know if these changes are just being synced from elsewhere?).

This config update means that dependabot will batch update actions monthly, instead of sending 1 PR per update. Using 'github-actions' as the group name puts that in the PR title, ala dart-lang/i18n#835. |
