  • The forward model is now pulled out into the function modelCore.m.
  • The forward model now includes a 6th parameter which implements a circular temporal shift to the HRF function to account for a difference in time-to-peak between the veridical and modeled HRF. This should be used only for stimulus movies that are played forwards and backwards, so that there is a unique solution for this temporal parameter
  • Much of the console output has been silenced.
