* When init props provided, store it in settings * Use persist and flush, otherwise it happens that when Settings.get() is called after persiting, stale values are retrieved. * Better verify what is persited during tests
This is required for the case, that the time of the store is somewhat before the hub instance.
The annotation does also include seconds. Also skip concurrent executions.
The store has currently problems with websockets for unkown reason
This is required to reduce the load on the infrastructure
