After the release 1.36.0, we should check the "happy Friday" message is displayed in Goerli, and then we can merge this PR (so it disappears)
@fairlighteth remember to announce in GENERAL channel the new process to change the message. We should also let anyone wanting access, to be added as mantainer to the repo
