Bump golang to pick up the fix to CVE GO-2025-3447 Following on from this will be another PR that uses the new builder image, but it isn't published until this is merged. Signed-off-by: stevenhorsman <[email protected]>
Now that `golang-fedora:1.22.12-40 has been built to quay, we can update our builds to use this remove the CVE associated with the older version Signed-off-by: stevenhorsman <[email protected]>

Depends on #2286, so needs re-basing and testing after that has merged and the builder image is built. |
