Description of the bug

The space Cleaner spray is not working. It might affect some other spray's aswell. If you take the Space Cleaner spray and spray it then it leave a cloud of space cleaner but nothing else. What's the difference with what should have happened?

It should have moved and cleaned the mess on floor or items.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. get space cleaner
2. spray it.

You adjusted the pressure nozzle. You'll now use 10 units per spray.

(It doesnt really make logs if you spray it. Moderator Lagomorphica saw it happen too)

The PR responsible for this bug was "#8049", but it appears the issue have already been handled there and the problem isn't showing up anymore, so I will be archiving this for the moment.
