This PR adds an alternative implementation for the core RSA encryption and decryption functions in crypto/rsa.c. The code is taken from HACL*, but required changes to the source F* code, since it was embedded within RSA-PSS and had to be factored out. The RSA functions are quite (perhaps too) strict on their input and output lengths, so this code needs extensive testing to be sure that it handles all the kinds of inputs the kernel may throw at it.

Tracks auxiliary files for zeta development.
* Adds crypto algorithm performance testing harness

This commit adds a GitHub Action-based test harness, which builds the Linux Kernel as a User-mode Linux binary, and runs the test script placed on the zeta/test-artifacts/test-script.sh file.

* Address review comments

Add /proc directory to the initramfs structure, rather than creating it as part of the init script.
Make busybox install the links to the builtin utilities as part of the init script, so that commands don't have to be prepended with busybox (which seemed to only be required in some cases).
Modify the kernel make directive to use the number of processor cores available to the Github runner to speed up the build process.

* Install deps, collecting artifacts, and running few algs.
