docker-cikl-base

This docker image serves as the base for all Cikl docker services.

release process

0. Ensure you are in the 'develop' branch, with a clean status (no outstanding files)
1. git checkout -b release-VERSION
2. git tag VERSION
3. git push upstream release-VERSION
4. Create a merge-request
