This fixes presence channel subscription bug that crashes applications Thanks to @DanielRobert1
Specifically `member_added` and `member_removed` Thanks to @alexkok
Some backends send parameters encoded in the body of the auth request to authenticate a pusher user. The plugin did not exposed the capabilities to add those parameters as part of the body thus making it impossible to authenticate using custom auth options.
