Version 1.0.0 release

This release is based on the Proxool-0.8.3 ( see https://sourceforge.net/projects/proxool/files/proxool/0.8.3/ ) with modifications: the Java Proxy has replaced the cglib library, the asm library has been removed, and some syntax has been modified to support compilation on OpenJDK 23.0.
